Lemon Basil Pesto Recipe
Add to blender: 1/4 of the nuts; all the basil; half the lemon balm.
Not included, you will also need: 1/4 cup of olive oil; juice of a lemon; salt, pepper, two cloves of garlic. Blend and add to up to 300g of pasta for a super fast gourmet meal that you won't regret. I like a vine ripened tomato with mine, and to keep a few basils back to garnish. Fab.
